The job was to drill a hole in the door for a dead bolt lock. The tech came in with a bad attitude. He was just dropping his tools on the floor carelessly while working. He misaligned the holes, so the deadbolt lock missed the hole in the door frame. When I questioned it, he got defensive and rose his voice to argue back. He made the hole in the door frame larger to compensate for the misalignment. He also rocked the hole dozer back and forth while cutting into the door, so the hole was about 1/4" larger on one side of the door. Now the outside half of the lock sinks into the hole because it's the hole is too big. I went to home depot and tried two other locks, but they all sank into the hole. The tech did apologize for his behavior, but the damage was already done. I have scratches on my floor from the dropped tools and I have a door with sub par work done it. Lastly, customer service has failed to contact me back after a few weeks after I called to explain my experience. It seems like they hire random contractors and it could be a gamble on who you get. Not a place I would recommend.

Great service!!! Had a failing battery and needed emergency help. Doug was awesome. He did me a huge favor and tested everything, replaced the battery in 10 minutes, and cleaned up my truck. It is hard to find service like that any more. Very happy customer.

Shout out to Anthony Denmark. I purchased a battery online which I thought was correct. Anthony offered to check if it was in fact the correct battery for me which it was not. He located the correct battery for me and load tested my old battery to make sure it was junk which it was. He then offered me a wealth of knowledge about batteries which was helpful. He told me he has been there only 5 months and takes his job seriously. I could tell right away by way he assisted me with my needs. Any employer would be lucky to have Anthony as a part of their team. He certainly made sure that this location has my business moving forward. Give this kid a raise because your business could suffer from losing a star employee.

Nice clean store. Staff was busy when I came in, so I had to wait a couple minutes, but I understand that they were working on other customers' items at the time, so no worries. The gentleman that helped me was courteous and well-spoken. He informed me of the options to replace the battery in my watch, and within a minute or two returned with the completed replacement. Pricing was fair and competitive. I was cheerfully thanked for my patronage upon completion of the sale. A great experience, thank you for the service!

Not sure how I feel about this. I have brought 2 batteries in for testing lately. I was told both were dead. The first one I took back home and it charged! The second one I ordered new batteries (for trimmer) and left mine there for disposal. Got new batteries to find out it was the charger not connecting. Wish I had that second battery back.
